*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in industrial maintenance. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing and construction environment. Your expertise will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. * Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary equipment according to layout plans using hand tools and power tools. * Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes and jacks to position equipment during assembly, installation, set-up, and repairs * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime. * Ability to travel for an extended period of time. * Travel to the USA * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining clear communication with clients. * Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while performing all tasks. *Skills* * Experience as an industrial electrician is a plus, particularly with low voltage systems. * Ability to communicate fluently in English for clear interaction with team members and clients. * Highly self-motivated and self-directed; productive within a team environment. * Excellent listening and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. * Proven problem-solving abilities. * Takes an organized and enthusiastic approach to work. * Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure, results-oriented environment. * Aptitude for following detailed, step-by-step instructions and management direction. * Willingness to grow with position as role evolves. * Ability to lift and transport large, moderately heavy equipment. * Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings. * Must possess a valid driver?s license. * Bilingual, English/French (Asset).
