Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Office building. Various locations. Willing to relocate. Commercial building. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Perform other routine maintenance. Perform routine maintenance. Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed. Perform minor property maintenance. Service and repair sprinkler system. Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systems. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Tools. Safety equipment/gear. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Organized.
