*Role Description*
Times Property Management growing and currently looking for a Condominium Manager for various residential condominiums located in the Richmond Hill Area. In this role, the successful candidate will work on-site at a newly acquired condominium corporation and oversee the various aspects of the complex. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a Property Manager in a condominium.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including all physical, financial, administrative and customer service management aspects of condominium
* Provide direction, motivate and recognize on-site staff
* Ensure that residents? concerns are rectified in a prompt and effective manner ensuring that a high standard of rapport and communication is consistently achieved
* Be responsible for ensuring all Property Management policies, procedures and operations are followed and conducted effectively.
* Develop and administer an annual operating report and budget accurately and on time
* Conduct and document regular building inspections, as well as routine follow up to ensure all items identified are addressed in a timely manner
* Prepare monthly management reports and present reports to board members
* Develop proposals for major capital renovations
* Monitor and manage receivables and payables
* Ensure that that corporate governance, environmental, health & safety policies and procedures are compliant.
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years related Condominium Property Management
* CMRAO General License (mandatory)
* RCM designation considered an asset
* A University degree is considered an asset
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
* High level of enthusiasm with a passion for customer service
* A high attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities
* Strong knowledge of Condominium Act, including operational procedures, general maintenance, construction and contract negotiation
* Proven leadership skills for the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Strong technical, financial and managerial skills
