More specifically, you will have to:</p><ul><li>Purchase and manage parts for crushing operations, asphalt plant, garage, and trucks;</li><li>Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, conditions and plan delivery schedules;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all purchases to ensure the level of quantity of parts;</li><li>Organize and plan mechanics for repairs and maintenance;</li><li>Coordinate and schedule appointments with subcontractors as needed;</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to avoid parts shortages and ensure rapid reorganization of parts;</li><li>Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to understand parts requirements and ensure availability;</li><li>Resolve issues related to backorders, late deliveries, and discrepancies with suppliers;</li><li>Prepare and submit purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of parts;</li><li>Assist in the organization and maintenance of the parts room or warehouse.</li></ul><p><strong>YOUR DNA</strong></p><ul><li>You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;</li><li>Have experience in parts sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management;</li><li>Knowledge of equipment and parts used in crushing, asphalt and trucking operations is an asset;</li><li>You have an ability to communicate and make your points when necessary;</li><li>You have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite;</li><li>You have the ability to work on several files simultaneously and meet deadlines;</li><li>People management skills are an asset;</li><li>You pay great attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>OUR OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>You will receive a competitive salary that matches your potential;</li><li>You will be eligible for a full range of paid leave (sick, vacation, etc.);</li><li>Group insurance coverage paid at 50% will be offered to you (including dental care);</li><li>You will be able to benefit from quick access to health professionals via an app;</li><li>You will have the chance to contribute to your RRSP and benefit from an employer contribution;</li></ul><p></p><p><em> </em></p><p></p><p><strong>MORE THAN A JOB, A CAREER!</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>www.betonprovincial.com ?
