Mobile days and banked hours offered.</li><li>A group RRSP plan with an employer contribution of up to 5%</li><li>Competitive Group Insurance and an Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Work uniform supplied (clothes, boots, glasses)</li><li>Pleasant and clean work environment</li><li>A company that values its people with a very good employee retention rate</li></ul><p><br><strong>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN JOINING THE TEAM</strong></p><p>Under the supervision of the Fabrication Supervisor, the machinist adjusts, regulates and operates machinery such as towers, millers, drill presses, etc., to fabricate parts or work metal according to specifications of mechanical plans.</p><p><strong> <br></strong><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Interpret design specifications in order to determine characteristics of parts to be produced</li><li>Determine the most efficient and optimal way to operate machines in order to fabricate parts</li><li>Regulate, align and attach tools and templates needed to produce parts (set up)</li><li>Calibrate tools in order to obtain the required dimensions</li><li>Fabricate metal parts (including supports and fixtures) according to the recommended procedure using machines</li><li>Verify fabricated parts using measuring instruments and templates to ensure their conformity to specifications</li><li>Drill, polish, clean, etc., parts</li><li>Occasionally use radial drill or multiple bit drill</li><li>Rigorously respect quality criteria and safety standards established for all aspects of work</li></ul><p><br><strong>ABOUT WULFTEC</strong></p><p>Wulftec has been established in the beautiful Ayer's Cliff area for 30 years now and the company is continually growing.
