Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking qualified Family Physicians to join our team and deliver exceptional primary care to our Vancouver Community. We provide wraparound primary care services within a supportive team based care environment to clients who are living with complex clinical and psychosocial needs and require a higher intensity of services. We have five Community Health Centre (CHC) sites including: Three Bridges CHC Raven Song CHC Heatley CHC DCHC (Downtown Community Health Centre) Pender CHC Whether you are just starting your career or are- LocationVancouver, BC
