About the Role Draft annual resolutions for BC companies, federal corporations, and societies. Oversee and manage the filing of annual reports and other corporate documents for extra-provincial corporations. Support routine corporate transactions such as director and officer changes, share allocations and transfers, redemptions, and dividend distributions. Perform due diligence reviews of standard corporate records.
