The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing outreach efforts, following up on inquiries, leading trade show exhibitions, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers.
