We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process while providing exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for managing outreach efforts, following up on inquiries, leading trade show exhibitions, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. *Responsibilities*
* Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
* Qualify leads by assessing their needs and identifying potential solutions.
* Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Collaborate with the sales manager to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
* Track and report sales activities and results to management.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and other performance metrics.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
* Persuasive communication and people skills.
* Proficient in QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to understand and articulate our product attributes and uniqueness to customer.
* Ability to travel to Trade Shows in Canada and US marketplaces.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Purposeful mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
* 5-10 years? experience in a wholesale sales environment.
* A bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
