*Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor* *Who we are looking for:* The Victoria Inn is searching for a full-time Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor. Successful candidate must be available for all shifts: AM, PM, weekend and overnight. As a Guest Service Agent & Night Auditor, exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis is required. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered. *What you will learn:* You will learn a full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel Software and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops. *Position Summary:* Through the guidance of the Guest Service Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service.
