As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with Trans Mountain, you'll have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of Human Resources professionals. This is a full-time in office position based in our Burnaby Office. The Senior HR Business Partner works in partnership with the Team Lead, HR Business Partnerships, Manager, and Director of Human Resources to provide a broad range of expertise and counsel that attract, retain, and build our talent pipeline. This role provides credible and expert HR advice, applies sound judgment and influence, negotiates boundaries, and navigates project leadership.
