*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. *Duties* * Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients. * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate medication administration as necessary. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations and health screenings. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record system. * Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices relevant to family medicine. * Proficiency in patient care techniques, including acute care management. * Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, with familiarity in using electronic health records system. * Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients as well as adults across all age groups. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management. * Ability to collect data accurately for clinical assessments and quality improvement efforts. * A compassionate approach towards patient interactions, ensuring a supportive environment for all individuals seeking care.
