Our dedicated team of estimators, specialized technicians, craftsmen, and project managers undertakes various electrical and mechanical construction projects. Our portfolio includes projects covering highways, bridges, airports, traffic light systems, underground pipeline networks, HVAC systems, and telecommunications installations across Canada and worldwide. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze plans and specifications for wireless telecommunication projects- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead- Collaborate with project teams to understand specific requirements and constraints- Ensure effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams- Evaluate potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them- Research and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors- Track and update cost databases and price catalogs- Prepare estimation reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders- Participate in project meetings and design reviews- Visit sites to assess project-specific conditions- Monitor market trends and technological innovations in the wireless telecommunications sectorQualifications: - Bilingual (French and English)- Degree in civil engineering, telecommunications, or a related field- At least 3 years of professional experience in project estimation within the wireless telecommunications sector- In-depth knowledge of wireless telecommunications technologies and infrastructure- Strong knowledge of the construction market- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Proficiency with estimation and project management software such as MS Project (asset)- Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specifications- Valid Class 5 driver?s licenseProfile and Skills: - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks- Strong analytical judgment and reasoning- Excellent organizational skills and high reliability- High level of autonomy and attention to detail- Rigor and professionalism- Discretion and confidentiality- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Negotiation skills, initiative, and proactivity- Good stress management- Teamwork, flexibility, and adaptabilityWorking Conditions: - Full-time position- Option to work at the Montreal or Gatineau office- Possibility of remote work- Occasional travel to visit project sitesBenefits: - Group insurance- RRSP program- Various training opportunities offered and paid for by the employerPlease note that only selected candidates will be contacted.
