*Title: Production Manager* Salary: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour , 40 hours a week *Skills Required * · Must have a Management degree or diploma from a reputed institution. · At least 1 year of experience in cabinet and countertop manufacturing, supply, and installation. · Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a private enterprise. · Strong knowledge of CAD software. · *Must* have Cabinet Vision software experience. · *Must* have hands-on experience with CNC machinery for cabinet and countertop production both. · Proficient in using countertop measurement tools, such as the PRODIM PROLINER, including its software. · Proven ability to lead by example and inspire teams. · Strong communication and team-building skills, with a track record of meeting deliverables. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project. · Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies. · Ability to plan budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses. *Roles and Responsibilities* · Develop comprehensive production schedules based on customer demand forecasts to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely deliveries. · Oversee the inventory of raw materials, including plywood, handles, hinges, and stones, to prevent production delays and optimize resource utilization. · Lead and mentor production teams by providing guidance, support, and training on CNC machines and software?s such as cabinet vision, counter go and Design software. · Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure all cabinets and countertops meet company and client specifications through systematic inspections in both the office and on-site. · Regularly check production processes to find and fix slowdowns or problems, using methods like lean manufacturing to make production faster and more efficient. · Facilitate effective communication among production, design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and resource availability. · Promptly identify and resolve production challenges, such as equipment failures or material shortages, to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. · Maintain accurate production records and analyze performance metrics, generating reports to evaluate efficiency, quality, and productivity trends for ongoing improvement. · Develop and manage the production budget, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets while identifying opportunities for cost savings. · Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
