Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Write, modify and test website related code. Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. Resolve conflict situations. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
