Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Hire, train and supervise staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Security and safety: Reference required. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding.
