*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and systems. * Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC units as needed. * Weld components as necessary for system repairs or installations. * Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure project completion on time. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs. *Experience* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, plumb, boil, and maintain various HVAC systems. * Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC work. * Ability to work with various tools and equipment used in the installation and repair of HVAC systems. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
