What You Bring
* Proven Track record of verifiable new customer acquisition
* Sales experience in a quota driven business environment
* Effective negotiation and closing skills
* Experience preparing, delivering and following up on leading edge proposals
* Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
* Genuine drive to build up a successful sales career in insurance
* Driven, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn
* Valid Driver?s license, clean driving record and of course proof of insurance
* Valid P&C insurance license and willing to become licensed across Canada
What You'll Do
* Bringing an aggressive and persuasive approach to generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking and networking
* Devising creative and effective sales approach to negotiate and close deals
* While this is your territory where you call the shots, the Canadian Access team has your back every step of the way, with leadership and internal partners committed to giving you the support and resources you need to give the best customer service and sales experience possible
Using all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

* Secondary School (preferred)

* Insurance: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* RIBO License Required. Additional provinces a bonus. (required)
