Cashiers play a critical role in assisting our customers by providing fast, friendly, accurate and safe service. Cashiers proactively assist customers with their transactions, customer questions and assisting customers find their desired products. As a cashier you are our first and last line of defence in ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience. -- Key Responsibilities: Ensures Customer Satisfaction Lead by example in consistently demonstrating GET behaviours and promoting positive associate morale. Ensure sufficient checkouts are available by maintaining lines no longer than one at the register plus two more waiting in line Walk front end from the customer experience perspective daily, ensuring Grand Opening readiness, ad execution (per Playbook) and flyer readiness.
