Physiotherapist, Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Services POSITION TITLE: Physiotherapist - Certified Assistive Devices Program Authorizer PROGRAM: Long-Term Care ADP Services LOCATION: LTC Home in St. Catharines STATUS: Temporary HOURS: Part Time to Full Time REMUNERATION: Competitive This position is only open to those legally entitled to work in Canada. SummaryWe require a skilled Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation services to Residents in a Long-Term Care Home in St. Catharines, Ontario. You will be responsible for providing assessments, recommendations, and equipment prescription for Residents who have been referred for an ADP Assessment. You will also serve as a resource and educator to the Home's staff and Residents/Families regarding equipment recommendations.
