* Meet customer service needs efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. * Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily. * Drive to customer sites, load and secure bins, transport to transfer stations, and return bins as needed. * Perform end-of-day check-ins to confirm accurate and complete paperwork. * Ensure routes are completed safely and on schedule. * Follow all required protocols while dumping loads at municipal recycling and waste facilities. * Safely climb the truck ladder to tarp loads. * Attach the Roll-Off hook to the bin, involving bending and lifting 25-50 pounds *Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:* * Valid AZ license and a clean Driver?s Abstract. * 1-2 years of experience driving an Roll-Off Vehicle * 1 year AZ experience * Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. * Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written). * High level of integrity and a strong work ethic. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Confident, consistent, and decisive personality. * Manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.
