Learn more at www.adm.com.About the positionThe shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the Lloydminster Oilseed Facility, which includes three main processing areas - crush, solvent extraction and biodiesel. This position plays a key leadership role - directing the daily activities of crew members in relation to safety, quality and production requirements. As a mentor, you will nurture and develop talent as you work with ADM colleagues to ensure your crew members have the training and resources necessary to perform their task safely and effectively. You will also work closely with the Plant Manager and lead personnel in other departments such as maintenance and shipping to achieve production goals.
