*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team at Elevate Massage and Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with acute and chronic problems. This role is vital in helping clients regain mobility, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. As part of our collaborative and patient-centered approach, the Physiotherapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client?s needs. If you are passionate about making a difference in clients? lives and thrive in a dynamic setting, we would love to have you on our team! *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and rehabilitation needs. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function. * Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress reports. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. * Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology related to physiotherapy and patient care. * Experience in rehabilitation settings or acute care environments is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management. * Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
