*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong patient care skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status and needs. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses. * Manage acute care situations effectively while ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures as required. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients. * Engage in ongoing research to stay informed about advancements in family medicine. * Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. * Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients and colleagues. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. * Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification. * Proven experience in a hospital or medical office setting preferred. * Strong knowledge of patient care protocols, pain management techniques, and acute care practices. * Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of family medicine.
