We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy. If you have a passion for patient care and possess strong clinical knowledge, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness - Dispense medications accurately and efficiently - Provide medication counseling to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans - Monitor patients' medication therapy for effectiveness and safety - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice Requirements: - Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution. - Licensed Pharmacist (Part A) in good standing in the Province of Ontario - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package If you are a dedicated Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply.
