<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Customer Service Representative</strong></p><p> </p><p>Motion Concepts a medical device manufacturer is looking for a customer service professional with solid experience to support the sales process from quoting all the way through to shipping the final product.</p><p><strong>Requirements of the position</strong></p><ul><li>Quotations - receiving, processing and tracking of RFQ's (requests for quotation) and coordinating with the Customer in providing product knowledge.</li><li>Co-coordinating customer issues such as order tracking, return processing, complaints and service parts and upgrading products.</li><li>Processing of orders all the way through to invoicing, including shipping documentation, for North American and oversea shipment.</li><li>Prepare and update various sales and tracking spreadsheets.</li><li>Perform general administration tasks and support other departments if applicable</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>College diploma in business related discipline preferred</li><li>Previous CSR/Inside sales experience - at least two years</li><li>Familiar with ERP system Navison is an asset</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Extensive experience using MS office software - primarily with Excel intermediate to advanced</li><li>Must be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and with attention to timelines and details.</li><li>Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.</li></ul><p> </p></div></div>- LocationConcord, ON
