*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work effectively in both acute care settings and pediatrics. The Physiotherapist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and improving overall health outcomes. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical conditions and functional abilities. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery. * Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques. *Skills* * Proficient in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices. * Experience in acute care settings is highly desirable. * Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. * Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide high-quality patient care in a hospital environment. * Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
