You’ll help FCC Advisory “bridge the gap” by providing greater access to expertise, people, products and services. What you’ll do: Leverage your strategic leadership skill to determine and implement FCC’s national and regional approach to advisoryCoach and manage internal / external advisors and partnersEnsure strong services levels, KPIs and checks-and-balances are in placeDesign / manage workflows with ongoing process improvementsChampion advisory internallyGrow and develop partnership externallyAchieve scaling targets for engagementsCoach and support advisors in delivering high-value advisory meetings with customers  What we’re looking for: Confident communicator with strong analytical skills Ability to connect and build business relationships Innovative self-starter who embraces change and enjoys helping others reach their goalsOrganizational pro who can manage multiple priorities  What you’ll need: Undergraduate degree in business or commerce and 6-8 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which includes experience in a leadership position.Relevant professional designations an asset
