Reliable Transportation Link (RTL) is a leading logistics company in Canada, offering comprehensive drayage, trucking, and warehousing services. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every operation. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and understanding market trends and client needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues. * Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and forecasting. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent RTL and expand the company's reach. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. * Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including key players, market trends, and challenges. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel as needed. *What We Offer:* * Competitive base salary with commission structure. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage. * Opportunities for career growth and development within a rapidly expanding company. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Flexible work arrangements, including the option for remote work.
