We're opening a unique Beauty Bar with a little shop in the front, bringing innovative nail art to Newmarket and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!</p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>We're on a mission to make Korean beauty accessible to everyone! (everyone of ALL ethnicities are welcome to join our team!) Imagine a vibrant space that captures the feeling of the salons from the 70s but in a good way-where clients come to hang out, relax, and leave feeling fabulous. With stylish décor and a welcoming atmosphere, we're not just a beauty bar; we're a community hub that is elevating your routine beauty treatments.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>-Create stunning nail designs, staying on top of the latest nail trends</p><p>-Engage with clients in a relaxed, friendly environment-good vibes only!</p><p>-Help curate a boutique experience by showcasing our fabulous beauty products (sell things you love also, you have control over the amount of extra you can pad onto your pay!)</p><p>-Collaborate with our team to host fun events and beauty workshops</p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>- A certified and experienced nail tech with a flair for creativity and a love for all things beauty</p><p>- An upbeat personality that brings joy to clients and team members alike (we have zero tolerance for sass and ego and life is too short for drama at work!)</p><p>- Team players who thrive in a fun, collaborative atmosphere</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>- **Pay that reflects the effort you put out there* Of course there is hourly pay and the tips our guests will provide because of the great experience and connection they'll develop with you.</p><p>But then there is <strong>commission on awesome product </strong>that isn't just beauty related from our little retail shop in the front AND there will also an extra top up <strong>monthly utilization bonus</strong> provided to our team members that are able to keep being booked and performing services (additional details to be provided upon hire).</p><p>- **Positive Vibes:** Be part of a team that values creativity, laughter, and great conversations!</p><p>- **Unique Environment:** Work in a space that reflects our emphasis that your beauty services ARE a form of self-care and wellness.
