We are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team!What we are doing to keep you safe:Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionalsProviding hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee useEnhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning teamImplementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointmentsQualifications: Possess excellent communication skillsExhibit an interest in providing excellent customer serviceHave strong organization and time management skillsHave a basic knowledge of computers and data entryHave a positive attitudeWork well in a dynamic team based environmentPrevious switchboard experience in a professional environment will be considered an asset.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via telephoneQualify and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person or departmentAbility to fulfil a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am and 9pm (5 shifts between Monday and Saturday)We Offer:Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageCompany RSP matching programEmployee assistance programIf you are organized and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service, then join our team today at www.oregans.com/careers!- LocationDartmouth, NS
