*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness through Pilates, providing high-quality instruction, and creating a supportive environment for all participants. As a Mat Pilates Instructor, we are looking for someone who is passionate, outgoing and eager to create class environments that are safe and comfortable for clients who are looking achieve their fitness goals. *Responsibilities* * Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals of varying skill levels, ensuring proper technique and alignment. * Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including breathing techniques, body awareness, and core strength. * Provide personalized modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations. * Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and community building. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide feedback on their progress. * Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. *Experience* * Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program is required. * Previous experience teaching group classes or one-on-one sessions is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. * Excellent time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule. * A background in customer service is beneficial for building rapport with clients. * Ability to effectively educate clients on Pilates techniques while maintaining clear communication throughout sessions.
