The Resident Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.<BR>More specifically, your daily life with us will look like:<BR>Help and accompany residents in their movements<BR>Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the health of residents<BR>Contribute to the adjustment of the residents' intervention plan through their observations<BR>Respect and promote proactive care among residents<BR>Respect the standards and regulations in accordance with the certification of private seniors' residences and employer policies<BR>Carry out a set of health and hygiene care in respect for the integrity and dignity of residents, in collaboration with the team<BR>Respond to all emergency situations<BR><BR>The salary is very competitive.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Answering call bells</li><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Delivering messages to the nursing staff</li><li>In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .</li><li>Provide healthcare and wellness services to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li></li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>PDSB training</li><li>Law 90 training</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Evening Premium applicable at $0.75/hour</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Meals in the dining room at $5</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Salary according to the collective agreement in force</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Telemedicine</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Temporary: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Night time</div>- LocationRimouski, QC
