We are expanding our services and are looking for Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our growing team across the GTA As a qualified candidate, you have 1. Excellent people and client skills. 2. Experience in growing and running a clinic. 3. Experience in Hearing aid prescribing and fitting. 4. Interested in ongoing professional development. 5. Eagerness to grow with a growing organization *Equipment Requirements:* * Laptop * Otoscope * Portable audiometer * Hi-Pro Hearing Aid Programmer *Why work with HealthCasa:* * We'll provide you with patients * Flexible schedules to meet your work-life balance - you set your own schedule * Evening and weekend appointments available * You travel as much or as little as you want * Online booking, and charting system * Great compensation *Responsibilities:* * Perform high-quality, patient-focused treatments (including hearing tests, hearing aid prescribing and fitting) in the patient?s home * Maintain accurate patient records * Collaborate with the clinical and head office team * Adhere to all Covid-19 protocols *Must be honest, reliable, and a team player.* Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 ? 10 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift Application question(s): * Do you have the equipment listed in the job description Experience: * hearing aid dispensing: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * drivers license (required) * ADP Authorizer (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
