*About Us:* Optimum Health Center is a dedicated wellness clinic focused on providing expert care and personalized services to our clients. We specialize in rehabilitation, cancer recovery support, and a range of therapeutic interventions. We're expanding our team to include a *Kinesiologist / Brace and Compression Garment Fitter* to support our mission of empowering our clients to achieve optimal physical health. *Position Summary:* As a Kinesiologist specializing in bracing and compression garment fitting, you will work closely with clients to assess, fit, and educate on the correct use of orthopedic bracing, compression garments, and other supportive devices. This role is essential in helping clients recover, improve mobility, and manage chronic conditions. *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct assessments to determine appropriate bracing or compression garment needs based on client requirements and medical recommendations. * Provide expert fitting and adjustments to ensure comfort and effectiveness. * Educate clients on the use, care, and maintenance of braces and compression garments. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adjustments. * Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our center to ensure a cohesive treatment approach. * Stay informed on the latest bracing and compression garment technologies and best practices in kinesiology. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field. * Certification or training in brace and compression garment fitting is highly desirable. * Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is an asset. * Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on industry standards. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and flexible scheduling. * Access to professional development and training resources. * A supportive team environment dedicated to client-centered care. * Opportunities for growth within an expanding wellness center.
