*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets local codes and regulations while providing excellent service to our clients. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures. * Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. * Assemble and install plumbing equipment using power tools and hand tools. * Weld pipes and fittings as necessary to ensure secure connections. * Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters when necessary for project completion. * Conduct heavy lifting tasks related to the transportation of materials and equipment. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repair tasks. * Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately. * Ability to read schematics and blueprints to guide installation processes. * Experience in welding techniques for pipe connections is preferred but not mandatory. * Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials to job sites. * Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting tasks and stand for extended periods during work hours.
