*Job Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated Dispensing Optician to join our team. As a Dispensing Optician, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our optical dispensing services. *Duties:* - Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescriptions and preferences - Conduct frame styling consultations to help customers find the perfect fit and style - Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and ensure proper fitting - Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other optical products - Process orders and maintain accurate customer records - Collaborate with Optometrists and other team members to deliver comprehensive eye care services - Perform adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting of eyewear as needed *Skills:* - Proficiency in optical dispensing procedures and equipment - Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry and ophthalmology - Experience in a laboratory setting for lens preparation is advantageous - Familiarity with optical software such as Epic for managing patient information - Strong sales skills with a background in retail management or retail sales - Excellent communication and customer service abilities If you are passionate about providing top-notch optical services, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a customer-oriented environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Optical Dispenser.
