*Team*
Working as a founding sales representative at Compactica, you will have the opportunity to work with the three founding geotechnical engineers and team of software architects, developers and technical specialists. Your mission: to engage clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Compactica's technology can drive value.
*Role Specific Details*
We are looking for an experienced sales representative who has 4+ years of experience. In your role you will be:
* Client Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients in the geotechnical and construction industries, introducing them to Compactica?s technology.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Compactica?s SaaS offerings to clearly and confidently communicate its benefits and ROI to clients.
* Collaborative Sales Process: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to refine our solutions based on customer feedback and market insights.
* Sales Strategy Development: Assist in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, positioning Compactica as a leader in intelligent compaction.
* Customer Success Focus: Support clients post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and gather insights for continuous product improvements.

*Requirements*
* 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, construction technologies or other related fields.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
* Experience in a startup environment or in launching new products is a strong asset.
* Self-motivated, with a passion for building customer relationships and driving sales growth.
