The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:The AVP, Enterprise Protect, Canada Customer Identity and Access Management is responsible for all Canadian identity and authentication products.Accountabilities:The AVP, Enterprise Protect, Canada Customer Identity and Access Management will have the following accountabilities:Canadian product owner for all identity and authentication productsFamiliarity with scaled agile with the ability to support Canadian CIAM vision and drive speedy delivery to archive maturity targetDevelop and articulate strategic vision for customer identity proofing as a foundation for self serve and assisted channelsDevelop and articulate strategic vision for customer identity assurance as a foundation for self serve and assisted channelsCo-owner of Customer Identity and Authentication strategy and roadmap with US counter part and simplify operating model and delivery model.Expedite maturity journey with aggressive build and adoption via partnership with channels, products, platforms and journeys.Centralized ownership of TD's Identity and authentication solutions, run as a product with defined PODs to develop and maintain core capabilities.Co-owner of Customer Identity and Access Management Standard with US counter part and ensure alignment of standard requirements align to regulatory expectation.Identify and create visibility of organizational authentication riskDrive an adoption strategy to ensure standard authentication consumption vs building tactical / bespoke solutionsDevelop and maintain talent and career development for all of CIAMDevelop and operate TD's Identity and authentication products jointly with WIAM and US CIAM and other parts of Protect EngineeringSupport risk assessments and determinization of risk reduction in context of valid customer impact in alignment with LOB partnersSupport LOB and Channel initiatives with a focus on reduction in customer irritants, fraud, and growthPartner with Ent Architecture to develop standard authentication approachesAdhere to Protect Product Office defined disciplines to drive alignment of overall Protect priority,Job Requirements:Educational Requirements:Undergraduate degree required; Post Graduate degree preferredExperience Requirements:10+ years of relevant experience-Depth of knowledge in Identity and Access Management domain, solid understanding of Open Banking industry direction.Proven technical abilities, understanding and developing complex technical solutions with a deep understanding of the identity and authentication ecosystemStrong business acumen, identifying and developing Identity and authentication opportunities which align to LOB roadmapsEntrepreneurship/Engineering mindset, track record of driving and delivering innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship management, ability to form strong relationships with senior leaders and build trustNIST/FFSEC knowledge and experience in regulatory/audit experience in Cyber/Security space is a plus.Who We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
