Amy?s Daycare & Out of School located northside at 4317 167 avenue is looking for a director. Qualifications: * Supervisor Certificate (level 3) required with a minimum of five years of relevant practical experience as an Director in a licensed daycare setting and first aid, valid criminal record check * Deal with child registrations * Plans, organizes, directs and controls the day to day operations of the child care centre * Knowledge of licensing regulations * Must be flexible and willing to step in and cover a position if needed * Willing to work in ratio if the situation requires * Excellent communication skills, able to respond to parents, children & staff * Knowledge of the childcare claims and subsidy system * Able to maintain the smooth daily operation of the daycare site and function as part of a cohesive team Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
