*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. *Responsibilities* * Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment * Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently * Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members * Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times * Maintain accurate records of work completed *Requirements* * Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately * Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions * Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus * Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed This Laborer position offers an opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment while contributing to meaningful projects.
