We are an e-commerce electronic distribution company located at Yonge and Eglinton (mid-town) Toronto. We are looking for a e-commerce manager to look after a number of tasks including but not limited to processing orders, customer service, advertising, dealing with vendors and our warehouses. Must have tech experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills - both written (can type) and verbal - and experience in customer service via email and phone. Other job requirements include experience with e-commerce. This can be taught, but previous experience with Shopify, Woocommerce, Wordpress, Etsy, Ebay is an asset. General computing experience and the ability to learn fast are great qualities to have, the more tech-savvy you are, the better! This job's hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the ability to expand hours as needed.
