From submission to invoicing to after-sales service, the<em><span> customers Service Agent</span></em><span> </span>ensures rigorous follow-up to his customers and providers in each of these stages and emphasizes the satisfaction of those this. <br><br>In addition, the <em>S<span>ales and customers Service Agent</span></em><span> </span>collects customer feedback and suggestions that will enable continuous improvement of our management processes. <br> <ul><li> Being an organized and responsible person;</li><li> Demonstrate professionalism and seriousness;</li><li> Know how to manage priorities and pressure;</li><li> Have excellent communication skills in both French and English an asset, orally and in writing;</li><li> Have a very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Have good aptitudes for team work.</li></ul>- LocationSherbrooke, QC
