*Associate ? Employment/Human Rights Lawyer* We are a fast growing, collegial and collaborative law firm practicing plaintiff side employment, human rights and disability insurance law. Our office is looking for an employment and human rights lawyer to join our growing team. We will place an emphasis on providing guidance and mentorship to help the associate become successful. The associate will also be given autonomy to run their own files. Position requirement, includes: - A law degree and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario - Called to the Ontario Bar in or before 2023 is mandatory - Eager to learn - Has demonstrated interest in employment and/or human rights law - Strong drafting skills - Strong communication skills - Works well with team members - Strong client management skills - Strong file management skills - Experience in employment law Position duties include: - File carriage of employment and/or human rights claims - Independently managing clients and files - Attending mediations, discoveries, and court proceedings The position 100% commission based. This can range from $60,000 - $300,000. Details to be discussed in person. The position also includes group benefits. Our firm also offers flexible arrangements, which includes an option to work from home or from the office ? or a combination of both.
