Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and meet sales targets - Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores within the market - Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and sales staff - Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth - Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards - Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns - Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to optimize profitability - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales performance and inventory levels - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues and addressing customer concerns Requirements: - MINIMUM 3 years of retail experiences, preferably in a grocery environment - Advanced customer focused, judgment, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills - People-oriented and results-driven - Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - Architect strategy along with leadership skills - *Able to communicate in Both English and Chinese(Mandarin or/and Cantonese)* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 40 ? 60 per week Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Mississauga, ON L5C 4P3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Retail management: 3 years (preferred) Language: * Chinese (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
