Job details
Duties: * Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders * Unload, unpack, and inspect all incoming materials * Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards * Utilize inventory management system to track inventory and update records * Operate forklift to move materials within the warehouse * Picking, staging and organizing inventory accurately and efficiently for orders * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment * Assisting in inventory cycle/annual counts * Parts runs/pick-ups * Shop & yard organization/maintenance as required * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment * Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center setting - Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment - Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order verification - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Skills: * Experience in Shipping/Receiving - particularly in *International Shipping* is *REQUIRED* * Experience in manufacturing/shop environment is an asset * Hydraulics/Mechanical experience is an asset * High school diploma or equivalent * Quickbooks/Microsoft Tools working knowledge an asset but will train as required * Can operate a forklift & have clean driving record * Positive attitude * Fluent in English This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
