(What do you know about us?) * What can Sprout do for YOU? _*Please complete the full application*__._ \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ *RESPONSIBILITIES:* As the *Operations Coordinator/Packaging & Logistics Manager*, you will wear many hats and play a vital role in keeping our operations organized and efficient. *Client Order Fulfillment and Client Relations:* * Prepare weekly fulfilment Excel spreadsheets, organizing and preparing client and wholesale invoices and packing slips. * Oversee packaging and logistics to ensure all client orders are processed, packed, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * You will be responsible for managing our order fulfilment shift on Saturdays. * Implement strategies to minimize errors and improve efficiency in order fulfillment. * Manage client communications from Friday through Monday, managing order changes, address change requests, and urgent requests. *Delivery Management:* * Manage the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of our delivery fleet, ensuring timely deliveries across Calgary and Edmonton. * Supervise the Sunday delivery team to ensure timely and efficient order deliveries. * Handle exceptions, route changes, and unforeseen challenges. * *Perform deliveries when needed* to ensure all client orders are fulfilled, maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You may be required to step in and complete delivery routes, especially during high-demand periods or when covering for other drivers. *Warehouse and Kitchen Operations:* * Assist with meal packaging and labeling to ensure all meals are accurately prepared and ready for distribution. * Assist with wholesale case packing and fulfilling, ensuring bulk orders are packed correctly and efficiently for delivery to our wholesale partners. * Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. *YOU ARE:* * Always willing to go above and beyond what is expected * Very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented (even your systems have systems) * A fast learner + interested in new technologies and pushing the envelope * Someone who thrives in an ever changing environment and is happy to support where needed * Boring, but a Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract and clean criminal record check *Things that will definitely put you ahead of the pack:* * Experience managing + developing systems * Client relations experience + a love for problem solving * Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets * Post-secondary education *Some pretty sweet perks you can look forward to:* * Flexible blend of work from home + in-office (following training and probationary period) * Competitive benefits package- LocationCalgary, AB
