This position is in-person IN Toronto. Please do not apply if you do not live in Toronto. Fluent and fast verbal + tech English skills are essential. DAUB is hiring sales associates for our holiday season! We'll be set up at the *One of a Kind Show in Toronto at the Enercare Centre Nov 19 - Dec 1, 2024*. This event is well attended and a lot of fun to work. We meet our clients face to face and help them find their new favourite pieces from DAUB. *Show Hours:* Thursday Nov 21 + Friday Nov 22: 10am-9pm Saturday Nov 23: 10am-8pm Sunday Nov 24: 10am-5pm Monday Nov 25, Tuesday Nov 26, Wednesday Nov 27: 10am-8pm Thursday Nov 28: 10am-11pm (Late Night Shopping!) Friday Nov 29: 10am to 9pm Saturday Nov 30: 10am-8pm Sunday Dec 1: 10am to 5pm *Who you are:* - friendly, approachable and able to educate and excite people about our products. - reliable, trustworthy and on time. - knowledgeable about our product; training manual will be provided ahead of time. - able to provide product information and aid with sizing/styles for each customer. - upsell customers graciously by offering other products they would love. - restock as necessary. - team orientated and fun! - manage inventory on floor and in back stock. - ring thru sales using the Shopify POS system on cell phone/tablet and Moneris. Must have a cell phone to download the POS and work off of it. Training will be provided. - punctual and respectful of other staff. - help with set up and tear down as well as shipping the palette to the next destination. - retail experience is an asset but not a hard requirement. This position is high volume so having the ability to multi-task is most important. - no "sales" experience necessary: restaurant industry, flight attendants, nurses & high volume, customer facing experience is great! *Who we are:* - High-end, Canadian-made activewear & lifestyle clothing. - Friendly, approachable, healthy living. - Work in a dynamic environment with a successful, female small-business owner.
