\*Overview\* We are seeking a skilled physiotherapy assistant with Massage and soft tissue exepriece to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. \*Duties\* - Perform various massage techniques to address clients' specific needs - Maintain detailed records of client consultations and session notes - Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients - Recommend follow-up appointments and home care suggestions to clients - Stay up-to-date on current massage trends and techniques \*Experience\* - Certification or licensure as a PTA (foreign trained massage and physiotherapist accepted) - Proficiency in various modalities and Soft tissue - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to tailor massages to individual client needs - Previous experience in a wellness center is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 24 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Newmarket, ON L3Y 3E4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-30- LocationNewmarket, ON
