*Location:* Lebell & Associates Counselling Office
*Hours:* 15-18 hours per week
*Position Type:* Part-Time
Lebell & Associates is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our counselling office, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support and care they need. This largely unsupervised position requires self-management and a commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle general reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, managing mail and emails, and booking appointments.
* Create and maintain accurate client files.
* Keep the office organized and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
* Prepare, submit and follow up on invoices for monthly billing processes.
* Liaise with benefits providers and government agencies regarding client coverage.
*Skills and Experience Required:*
* Minimum of 5 years of administrative or reception experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to legally work in Canada.
* Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding patient information.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Basic payroll and bookkeeping skills or experience.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
* Basic social media and marketing skills is an asset
