*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, primarily through manual adjustment of the spine. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to promote overall wellness and recovery from acute and chronic pain.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Develop individualized care plans that incorporate various therapeutic methods, including trigger point therapy, active release and acute and chronic pain management strategies.
* Monitor patient progress through regular observation and assessment, adjusting care plans as needed.
* Educate patients on health maintenance, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications that support their recovery.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid chiropractic license and certification to practice in Ontario.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to chiropractic care.
* Experience in primary care settings is preferred but not required.
* Proficient in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
* Familiarity with various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy, active release and acute and chronic pain management methods.
* Additonal modality use such as laser, TENS, Graston, medical acupiuncture an asset but not required.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $83,420.00-$120,000.00 per year
